- A stable internet connection
- A private, quiet environment
- A working camera and microphone
- Adequate time and privacy
Face-to-face appointments may be recommended where clinically appropriate.
7. Initial Clinical Assessment
An initial consultation may be required before full assessment.
This helps determine:
- Suitability for assessment
- Appropriate diagnostic pathway
- Whether further assessment is clinically indicated
An initial consultation does not guarantee diagnosis or progression to full assessment.
8. Booking
Appointments can be made via website, email, phone, or approved booking systems.
An appointment is only confirmed once written confirmation is provided.
You agree to provide accurate information at booking and notify us of any relevant changes.
9. Fees and Payment
Fees are confirmed before assessment begins.
Payment methods may include:
- Bank transfer
- Card payment
- Online payment link
Payment plans may be offered and confirmed in writing.
Full payment is required before reports are released unless otherwise agreed.
10. Cancellation and Rescheduling
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or non-attendance may incur a fee.
If we need to cancel, we will offer rescheduling or a refund where appropriate.
11. Late Arrival
Appointments may still end at the scheduled time if you arrive late.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered missed.
12. Reports
Reports are typically completed within 1–2 weeks after the final appointment and full payment.
Delays may occur in complex cases or where additional information is required.
13. No Guarantee of Outcome
We do not guarantee:

Book an Initial Clinical Assessment
The first step is to contact us to make an enquiry or request an Initial Clinical Assessment. This provides an opportunity to discuss your concerns, ask questions about the assessment process, and explore whether an ADHD, autism, or AuDHD assessment may be the right next step. You will be guided through the process and told what to expect moving forward.
